The weather was perfect last week for our Team Building Fieldtrip! We welcomed our newest Junior Architect Alex Kieda with a true scale exercise of the building process. The team used their drawings to layout a house plan at real scale the way a framer would at a jobsite. The goal: to help the architects understand how the guys in the field use our drawings and what information is the most important to convey.
