We are thrilled to announce that our Taft Faculty House project has received 3rd Place in the 5th Annual Connecticut Zero Energy Challenge (ZEC). The Taft Faculty House, located in Watertown, CT is a state of the art LEED registered house with a NET Zero, HERS index of (-17). The home is oriented to optimize the use of passive and active solar energy.
