This 1960s home in an affluent seaside neighborhood was in need of a full renovation and addition. The clients chose Trillium to design these changes and to make the house highly energy efficient. The house was lifted above flood plain, and the entire envelope was wrapped in continuous insulation, and re-sided. Air Source heat pumps and ERVs were added, and the entire interior renovated to create a beautiful family beach house.
