Connecticut Passive Farmhouse
A Home Built for a Family of Four
Inspired by the modern farmhouse transitional style, our 4,600 sf Connecticut Passive Farmhouse is situated on a three-acre meadow in Ridgefield CT. Built for a young family of four, it contains lots of room for relaxing and connecting. The fully finished lower floor adds another 2,000 sf for an in-law suite, entertainment area, pool house, music room, and workout room. The barn-style garage and entry give it a stylistic edge.
